Shichida Beethoven's Symphony no. 10 [completion]

There is evidence that Ludwig van Beethoven intended to write a tenth symphony. A number of contemporary composers, such as Barry Cooper and Hideaki Shichida, have made efforts to piece together separate sketches and material found in Beethoven's notes. The title 'Tenth Symphony', however, remains controversial, since it cannot be proven that all the sketches assembled were meant for the same piece.
